Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes phosphorylated BRCA1, Mr 250kD. A non-specific doublet also detected at 95kD in HeLa nuclear extract. Specificity was demonstrated by blocking the antibody with the immunizing peptide or treating the lysate with lambda-phosphatase.
Advisory
