The MHC Class 1, H2, KK (H-2 Class I Histocompatibility Antigen, K-K alpha Chain, H-2K(K) H2-K1, H2-K) (FITC) Antibody is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.

Reacts with the H-2Kk MHC class I alloantigen. Crossreactivity with splenocytes of SJL/Hsd mice has been observed by flow cytometric analysis. Does not react with other (e.g., b, d, q) haplotypes.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius..
