Description

Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.

Tested applications:

Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)

Properties

If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Monoclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.

Species reactivity

Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.

Other names

ewing's tumor-associated antigen 1; Ewing's tumor-associated antigen 1; ewing's tumor-associated antigen 1; ETAA16; ewing's tumor-associated antigen 16; Ewing tumor-associated antigen 1; Ewing's tumor-associated antigen 16

Specificity and cross-reactivity

Recognizes epitope aa 332-485 of human ETAA16 (Ewing's tumor associated antigen 16). Cross-reacts with hepatic tissue in immunohistochemistry. Detects bands of ~100kD and ~138kD by Western blot.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Storage and shipping

Lyophilized powder may be stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
