Species reactivity

Feline; Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.

Specificity and cross-reactivity

Recognizes the feline homolog of human CD8. Specifically recognizes an epitope associated with the alpha/beta complex of the CD8 heterodimer (3). Does not react with human.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Storage and shipping

Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Description

The CD8 alpha, beta (CD8 alpha, CD8a, CD8 alpha Chain, CD8 Antigen alpha Chain, CD8 Antigen alpha Polypeptide (p32) CD8 beta, CD8b, CD8 Antigen beta Polypeptide 1, CD8B1, Leu2 T Lymphocyte Antigen, Leu-2, Leu2, Ly3, LYT3, MAL, MGC119115, OKT8 T Antigen, is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.Cytotoxic T cells cluster differentiators for flow cytometry. This transmembrane glycoprotein is detected by monoclonals and has a lot of clones available with different affinity. For cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency.
