Description

Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.

Form/Appearance

Supplied as a liquid. No stabilizing proteins or preservatives added. Endotoxin: < 0.01EU/ug.

Species reactivity

Bovine, Canine, Equine, Feline, Goat, Guinea Pig, Human (Homo sapiens), Monkey, Porcine, Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus), Rat (Rattus norvegicus); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.

Storage and shipping

Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity and cross-reactivity

Recognizes the human L1 or Calprotectin molecule, an intracytoplasmic antigen comprised of a 12kD alpha chain and a 14kD beta chain. Species Crossreactivity: equine, porcine, canine, rabbit, baboon, bovine, guinea pig, rat, goat, feline, Cynomolgus monkey, Rhesus Monkey.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
