Form/Appearance

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.

Species reactivity

Mouse (Mus musculus); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.

Specificity and cross-reactivity

Recognizes the mouse MHC Class I H-2Kb antigen. Does not cross react with other haplotypes.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Description

The MHC Class 1, H-2Kb (MHC Class I H-2Kb, H-2 Class I Histocompatibility Antigen K-B alpha Chain, H-2K(B) H2-K1, H-2K, H2-K, H-2K(d) MGC7052, MGC184092) is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.

Other names

Storage and shipping

Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. _x000B_
