Specificity and cross-reactivity
MUS reacts specifically with CEACAM5 (CEA/CD66e) and CEACAM6 (NCA/CD66c) transiently expressed on the cell surface of transfected BOSC23 cells as demonstrated by flow cytometry.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
