Species reactivity

Mouse (Mus musculus); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.

Description

The MHC Class 1, H-2Kb (MHC Class I H-2Kb, H-2 Class I Histocompatibility Antigen K-B alpha Chain, H-2K(B) H2-K1, H-2K, H2-K, H-2K(d) MGC7052, MGC184092) is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.

Other names

MHC class I H2 antigen; Cell surface glycoprotein; H-2 class I histocompatibility antigen, L-D alpha chain; Q5k protein; MHC class I H-2Dp; MHC H2-D-q alpha-chain; MHC class I H2 antigen; H-2D cell surface glycoprotein; H2-DC1-beta transplantation antigen protein; histocompatibility 2, D region locus 1; N/A

Specificity and cross-reactivity

Recognizes extracellular domain of murine MHC class I haplotype H-2Kb (Reactivity to other haplotypes has not been observed); Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Storage and shipping

Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
